Got an email back from a Disney Help Desk person saying that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the site, so that’s that. I do know that the head office of Disney in the UK has been tipped off about this post and the problem, but that was last week so not sure how long it will take to fix, but has to be losing money. I was thinking of contacting the head of DIG but I have already done more than I should, not like I have a site promoting them that is losing money.

As you say Clarke, a pretty almighty issue you would have thought. Firstly the merchant should surely have noticed this issue at their end, must affect quite a bit of traffic. Secondly they should be extremely greatful for you notifying them.

Crazy!

The Disney Land Paris site has been buggy for a couple of years now - I had huge difficulties requesting a brochure last year and the membership system was playing up as well.

I tried to purchase a short break about 6 or 7 weeks ago on the site, and encountered an error whilst trying to book, not quite the error you show above but of a similar nature on a different page. In the end I booked through an agent. This problem has obviously been sitting on the site for a while now. Fingers crossed it gets picked up on soon!

Cheers, I was to busy looking for UK, United Kingdom, Britain, Great Britain, Scotland, England, Wales etc that I didn’t even notice country’s in French. Anyway got an automatic reply back from Disney saying if I want to book I should check out the website or phone if I want to book, and good news is that because they are so busy with emails (the site isn’t working emails maybe) that they won’t be reading or replying to my one letting them know of the money they are losing, anyway fingers crossed Twitter will do the ground work in letting them know.

Country you wanted is Royaume Uni, which is the UK in French. Quite why the English version of their site has the countries untranslated in French will remain a mystery..
